Andalusia Utility Department is located downtown, on the bottom
floor of City Hall, at 505 East Three Notch Street. (334) 222-1332

Office hours Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
A signed application with a copy of your identification is
required for any new service.
Electricity, water, sewer, and garbage bills are paid there.
Electric deposits amounts may range from $350 to three times
highest monthly usage of the account's history based upon
owner's credit rating.
Water deposit amounts
range from $0-$50 based upon credit rating
No
deposit for garbage, just added to bill monthly.

New members applying for electric service should go to their
local Covington Eclectic Cooperative office and complete an
application form and pay a deposit and membership fee.
Existing members can add anew electric service by telephone or
by visiting the CEC office.
Garbage Service
For most
residents who live outside the city limits, a call or visit
Environmental Waste Systems., located on Hwy 55 will be necessary to
start service. $37.32 quarterly
